We want you to be completely happy with your unique Studio Arhoj ceramics; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Pack With Care
Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original boxes and additional protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our Copenhagen studio.
Ship the Parcel
Send the package using a trackable shipping service of your choice; please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
