Where are Studio Arhoj products made?
All our ceramics and glassware are designed and hand-cast or hand-blown in our Copenhagen studio. Each piece is unique and carries the mark of the individual maker.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our handmade goods worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our items are dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand-washing to preserve the glaze. Items with gold or silver luster are not microwave safe.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
How do you ensure fragile items arrive safely?
We use specialized eco-friendly packing materials and double-walled boxes to ensure your ceramics and glass arrive in perfect condition.
Can I request a specific color or character for my order?
Because our items are handmade, glazes vary naturally. You can leave a note at checkout with your preference, and we will do our best to match it based on current stock.
